1981,  My Mother,  "Evelyn Franklin" opened here first office at 402 North Church Street, Jacksonville, Illinois. 

Evelyn Owned and Brokered the business successfully for over 27 years.   Her business grew with numerous agents which could provided property management,  appraisals, and even all lines of Insurance!

In 1999 Evelyn relocated to California to be near her Daughter, me,  Roxana Franklin.  My mother has taught me well.   I have recently opened our new Franklin Realty branch in Oceanside, California.   We both love the West Coast Real Estate.   We are now both top producers and able to assist buyers and sellers with all their personal real estate needs.   Our main goal is to assist and get it done right.   We will blow you away with our follow up and performance.  Just give us a chance.
